Bus Ride

Rosa Parks died yesterday.

Hopefully, there won't be any messing with the seat allocation for the trip she's taking this time.

Enjoy the ride, Rosa.

Hell is round the corner

Halloween approacheth. Like a grim spectre of the night.

The sound of old world artillery and the rich smell of ammunition expended pervades the air and the very senses.

Soon we will be treating the small animals for shell shock.

June 2057

Apparently I make it to 78.

According to the Intar-net.

Now that's a surprise.

Can I get my money back?

Photographic Evidence

Did I Say?

This song just entered my head.

I then aided it by turning to my MP3 player and filling my cavernous head with the pleasant reverberations.

It's Teenage Fanclub of course, a fine band, taking The Byrds into the future and beyond without changing the harmonies. And that's just fine.

Got a strange phonecall yesterday, now that I think about music and all that.

Two offers of rock'n'roll glory in a little over a week and I haven't even strummed a guitar in anger since the Summer.

Hey, did I say? I don't mind if you want to go home.

Burying the past

"What the teachers produce, above all, are their own gravediggers."

Therapeutic.

I was harsh but fair.

KILL KSM

It arrived.

Replete with AK-47 emblazoned on the back.

I shall take photos in the coming days and terrorise you.

Killing KSM with fashion.

The Peaceful Warrior.

Man Utd 0 - 0 Lille

I should really explain the fixation.

I recall an era of grey jerseys, emblazoned with the name of an electrical domestic appliance company (just like United!). And they were legion.

I tend to define myself in opposition to the way of things so Red (just like Liverpool!) became my colour. The way of things then became Red (circularity of life) which saddened me and I grew disaffected.

Now, something lingers wherein I just don't like to see United beaten.
Memories of Kanchelskis, Cantona and all that.

Your days of plenty are numbered

Day 2 of the blog experience and all is well.

I watched The Edukators last night and it was very, VERY, good.

I believe in starts...

Once they had the start, the rest was inevitable!
